This workshop is open to any person 6 weeks postpartum and beyond. Feel Better In Your Body builds the foundation to return to feeling good and strong.
In this workshop you will learn:
How to heal diastasis recti and safely begin core stabilization
How daily movement habits affect the health of the core and pelvic floor
How to get out of pain
The workshop is part education and part movement. Bring a yoga mat and wear workout clothing. Nursing babies are welcome.
