| Our gluts and hamstrings play a big role in walking, running, jumping and squatting tasks. For many people the hamstrings feel stiff and tight, so bending forward to touch the floor is next to impossible. These last few weeks I have had an influx of clients who needed a quick reset to get the length back into the hamstrings and engage the back side to get the neural circuits firing effectively. Below I share a quick stretch to the hamstrings and then a simple activation for the back line. |
