Susan, it's great to know there are restorative exercise classes available in SLC! I just discovered Katy's blog and ordered her Align and Well DVDs, so it's nice to know there's a resource so close to make sure I'm learning correct posture etc. I'll definitely be visiting you and your classes soon. (Perhaps at your postpardum workshop next month as I just had a baby a month ago.) I'm excited to meet and learn from you!

So cool. Katy's information is amazing. I would love to see you at the workshop and in class. Call me to schedule a free intro to alignment and then let's get you in class. I offer the intro session at my home office, so I don't have set times for that. Looking forward to meeting you, Susan
